Using "Fukuchi White Rokuhen" rice produced in Aomori Prefecture, the yeast is left to ferment for about 30 days without the addition of any additives.
By fermenting and maturing the garlic, the polyphenols contained in the garlic increase dramatically, to about 10 times (tannic acid equivalent) compared to raw garlic.

Please take with water or lukewarm water.
