2. Shipping Services
We will process all confirmed product orders as soon as possible on the next business day. The YM team will make every effort to arrange the relevant shipping services but cannot guarantee that such arrangements will be fully fulfilled.
YM ensures the security of all confirmed product orders until the shipment is properly delivered or received by the customer. Upon receipt of the product, the customer must sign to confirm receipt, and responsibility for the ordered product will transfer to the customer upon signature. If the recipient is not the purchaser or if the order is a gift, the customer must accept the signature on the delivery order as proof of YM fulfilling the shipping service. The customer must also bear the relevant transportation responsibilities.
3. Our Trademarks, Service Marks, and Copyright
All “Content” (defined as including any text, audio, music, video, images, photographs, graphics, or software) is the intellectual property of YM and is protected by intellectual property laws, copyright laws, and international treaties.

- Blacklisting of the customer
- Refusal of future orders
- Denial of return or exchange requests
- Cancellation of YM membership (if applicable)
- Prohibition from joining the YM membership program (if not yet a member)
YM reserves the right to determine whether a customer has violated or abused the return policy. Legal action may be taken by YM’s legal department.
Defective Product Returns and Exchanges
Unless otherwise stated, this policy applies to both physical stores and online purchases.
Once an order is confirmed and accepted, no refunds will be issued.
Defective products may be exchanged (subject to stock availability). Customers must provide an official invoice. For in-store exchanges of online purchases, the credit card used for the purchase must also be presented.
For online purchases, contact our Customer Service at cs@ym-japan.com immediately upon receiving a defective item. YM may request photos of the defective product before authorizing a return. YM is not liable for defective products but will arrange inspection and evaluation by suppliers or third parties.
International returns must be sent via authorized logistics providers. Customers using unauthorized providers will bear full responsibility.
YM reserves the right to reject returns sent via unauthorized logistics providers and charge delivery fees. Our Customer Service will notify you of the applicable fees during the return process.
For in-store purchases, defective items may be exchanged within 21 days of purchase with an official invoice.
Gift Returns and Exchanges
Gift items may be exchanged (subject to stock availability). Customers must provide an official invoice.
